Our client is looking for an experienced mobile epos technician to service their client in the Hospitality sector.
You will become the company lead on all systems relating to this sector and in addition to the on site installation, commissioning and repair duties you will support and train other engineers.
The key responsibilities are:
To provide a clear and defined resource to undertake builds, software load, configuration, installations and go-live support to the highest standards and to pass this knowledge and skill base on to other technicians by coaching, training and support.
To provide end-user training on software and hardware solutions both office based and on-site to the highest standard ensuring maximum end user knowledge and use of the technology to the greatest effect.
To maintain the highest level of product knowledge on hardware and software solutions and associated technologies, both existing and new releases to ensure best possible in-house knowledge and technical and sales support.
To provide office hours and out of hours support to technicians, engineers and clients for defined business streams both by telephone and on site as required, becoming central to Box’s maintenance and support services.
To provide pre and post sales support to account managers and end users to ensure maximum sales success and customer retention
You will have a minimum of two years relevant experience, time spent servicing bar and restaurant chains will be an advantage. |
