| Job Description: | Our client is a well established and successful company based in Thame (OX9). Due to internal promotion they have a vacancy for an HR assistant. This role works closely with the HR Manager and has special responsibility for recruitment, HR administration and also the provision of support to the company’s directors. This role is only open to applicants who have or are currently actively studying for the CIPD qualification.
Support for the directors includes the meeting and greeting of visitors, laying up meeting rooms and similar as well as some diary management. The role manages all initial stages of the recruitment process, handles appraisals, holiday and sickness records and reference checks. An ability to work with confidential and sensitive data is essential.
