Our client is an innovative, successful and well established Out Of Home (OOH) advertising house, founded in.The company has an impressive reputation built on an expanding portfolio of innovative award winning products and visionary leadership. They carry hundreds of well known brands including American Express, VW, Michelin, O2, and Swiftcover.
Role
Historically the company has sold predominantly through media agency and outdoor specialist channels. They are now looking for a highly experienced sales person to spearhead the growth of sales in the lucrative direct client channel
It is not a prerequisite that applicants come from the media sector. The right candidate will be highly experienced in gaining access to middle and higher level prospects across a variety of business types, in either a product or service environment. They will be skilled in both telephone and face to face selling, able to creatively gain access to decision makers, and rapidly gain attention and interest with the sales proposition. They will be highly organised, motivated and innovative in their pursuit of gaining sales traction. Polished higher level communication skills are a must. This is not selling ‘ad space’ – this is a creative sell designed to cause clients to see the benefit in complimenting their marketing strategies with innovative advertising media.
This specialised and pivotal role in a well established sales and marketing team will be supported by client specific marketing activity and full product and company training. The position reports directly to the sales & marketing director who will also personally support the sales effort. |
