An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Team Leader to join one of the UK's leading Field Sales Agency. You will be working for an internationally recognised Automotive Brand, within a busy, dynamic and ever-changing contact centre environment.
As a Customer Service Team Leader it will be your responsibility to lead, coach and guide your team members to achieve their maximum potential and help ensure that deadlines and targets are met . You will be working closely with clients to support prospecting, telephone based account management and front line administration support.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing monthly, weekly and daily targets for the team and individuals
- Implementing performance management programmes as required
- Managing the teams daily performance - ensuring that targets are met, identifying skill gaps and making sure that the team deliver and exceed the client's high service standards
- Utilising own experience to guide the team through busy periods, always giving guidance and support in order to maximise performance and efficiency
- Identifying ways in which processes can be improved and developed at all times
- Providing administrative support which comes with the high volume workload, utilising strong computer and Excel skills
About You:
- Previous experience in a Business to Business sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service at all times
- Experience in a previous Team Leader position or in managing a team environment
- Ability to manage a busy workload and offer full support to others simultaneously
- Target focused and results driven
- A keen eye for detail, with excellent computer and administration skills
- Experience in team training and managing team performance against set targets
- Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
The Package:
- Salary up to £28,000 p/a (Dependant on experience)
- 37.5 hours p/w | Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
